Get On Your Boots

U2’s new single is called Get On Your Boots. This is the first single from their new album entitled “No Line On The Horizon”. I really like the sound of this song! It sounds a little grittier than some of their recent stuff but at the same time it retains a great amount of pop sensibilities.

Seriously, this is one of the sexiest things I’ve seen in a while!
Carpenter Carlos Alberto, from Portugal is truly a master of his craft. But his wooden Vespa Daniela is probably his crowning achivement!
I mean, take a look!

Hey everyone! I just wanted to let you know that I am now on The Behance Network! For anyone who doesn’t know, The Behance Network is an invitation only, artist focused, networking site. It is a great place to showcase your work and gain exposure while making great connections with other artists. If any of you are on Behance hit me up and join my Inner Circle!
Work update: I’m working on a ongoing project with my old band Made Avail. I am going to be designing the show posters for many of their (bigger) upcoming shows. It is been fun so far! I am also (re)designing some famous movie posters. The first one I finished is 2001: A Space Odyssey. You can see all this (and more coming soon) on my Behance page.

Steve Jobs’ 2005 Stanford Commencement Address

A couple of thoughts:
1. Don’t ignore the little stops along the road of life. Follow your heart. Grow where you are.
2. Do what you love. “If today were the last day of my life would I want to do what I’m about to do today?”
3. Stay hungry, stay foolish.
I really enjoyed this. That Spike Jonze is a clever boy!
